Karen F. Calandra
Karen Calandra was born, raised and educated
in Central California. Community involvement has been important
to Karen. Karen is active in these community organizations &
clubs: Rotary Club of Pacific Grove, Pacific Grove Chamber of
Commerce, Heritage Society of Pacific Grove, Good Old Days Committee,
PG Concours Auto Rally, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, National
Historic Trust,Monterey County Board of REALTORS ®, California
Association of REALTORS ®, National Association of REALTORS
® and the Beach & Tennis Club of Pebble Beach. Karen
and Jim share their Pacific Grove Victorian home with Karen's
Mother.
Karen received her Real Estate Agent license
in 1973 in Marin County, CA. By 1975 she obtained her brokers
license. Her California Real Estate license number is 00429338.
She became involved in Monterey Peninsula Real Estate in 1987.
Karen says, "I love the Real Estate
Business and the Monterey Peninsula". She is known for
her "open and down-to-earth style" of helping clients
achieve their goals. Karen started in the Real Estate business
in 1973 and has first hand knowledge of its complexities and
volatility. It is Karen's privilege to help her clients achieve
